Deves mudar o [teu] ânimo, não o [teu] céu.
You must change [your] disposition, not [your] sky.
In its original form, "Caelum non animum mutant qui trans mare currunt", meaning "Those who rush across the sea change the sky [above them], not their souls or spirit", is a hexameter by Horace (Epistle XI). Seneca later shortened it to "Animum debes mutare, non caelum" in his letter to Lucilius XXVIII, 1.
