The web-art installation "Patient Zer0" was selected for the curatorial project "ART IN QUARANTINE", whose call for participation read:
Following the WHO's recent declaration recognising COVID-19 as a pandemic, and the consequent quarantine measures in many countries, the wr3ad1ng d1g1t5 collective announces the (e-)mail art call "ART IN QUARANTINE". With this initiative we want to trigger another kind of chain of transmission, devoted to exchange, reflection and artistic creation about a critical moment for public health on a global scale, with visible cultural, social and economic impact for everyone. At this time of necessary containment, we believe, however, that stopping does not mean ceasing to create, for instance by building potential bridges between art and health.
The "ART IN QUARANTINE" project brings together 914 works from 57 countries.
