The "Love Wave" exhibition opened at the Oficina das Artes of Quinta da Regaleira, in Sintra, on Saturday 14 July, and will be open to the public from 15 July to 15 October 2012, every day from 14:30, with restricted hours during performances of the play Alice in Wonderland (Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays between 16:45 and 18:30).
The exhibition programme also includes a few special moments:
– two dates on which new pieces will be shown (23 August and 27 September),
– the screening of a short documentary inspired by the question "What is love?" on 4 October,
– two surrealist drawing workshops, on 11 August and 2 September,
– and four moments for informal conversation, in a circle of new knowledge, reviving the spirit of the tertúlia and the "café conversation", in the late afternoon of 26 July, 23 August, 27 September and 4 October.
Anyone interested in acquiring the pieces on show can download the price list here.

Talks and workshops
After 3,000 visitors, two talks, a surrealist drawing workshop and a rotation of the pieces on show, the Love Wave exhibition clearly reached (and exceeded!) my personal goals, and I hope it keeps on this course, sending ripples around the world.
My thanks to everyone who helped to make, amplify, spread and ride these waves!
Premiere of the documentary O que é o Amor

On Saturday 6 October, the documentary "O que é o amor" (What is love) will be presented and premiered, with a non-academic and non-exhaustive view that touches on historical, theoretical, symbolic and current aspects of the theme.
The session starts at 17:00 at the Oficina das Artes, Quinta da Regaleira. The screening will be followed by a talk, prompted by (but not restricted to) the topics addressed in the film. Participation is included in the admission to Quinta da Regaleira. Seats are limited, so please arrive a little early (and see the exhibition, if you have not yet done so).
